Photography has been my way of seeing the world since 2010.
Long before I became a wedding photographer, I was a street photographer walking unfamiliar streets, observing people, anticipating fleeting moments, and learning to recognize emotion before it happened. My first professional assignment was an engagement session in Melaka, where I discovered that photography wasn't simply about creating beautiful images. It was about preserving experiences that people could feel every time they looked back.
That philosophy became the foundation of HSPhotoProject, which I established in 2025.
Today, I approach every wedding with the instincts of a street photographer and the mindset of a filmmaker. Rather than relying on stiff poses or manufactured moments, I guide couples naturally, allowing genuine interactions to unfold while carefully composing each frame with cinematic intention. The result is imagery that feels honest, immersive, and timeless photographs that don't just show what happened, but remind you how it felt.
Every gallery is finished using a color grading workflow I developed from scratch. Instead of relying on downloaded presets, I created my own visual language to give every wedding a consistent cinematic identity that is uniquely HSPhotoProject.
My greatest satisfaction doesn't come from awards or social media recognition. It comes from hearing couples tell me they laughed, cried, and relived their wedding through the photographs. Those moments remind me that patience, dedication, and genuine care will always matter more than shortcuts.

As HSPhotoProject continues to grow, my vision extends beyond wedding photography. We're building a creative studio that will bring the same cinematic storytelling and meticulous craftsmanship to commercial brands and business clients, while remaining rooted in the documentary approach that defines our work.
